Maybe add Palmer and Michael Johnson, and a few other young and quick players, but their oldest 22 players do form most of their team they put out on the field.

The oldest part is correct, as there was a recent newspaper article talking about that. Getting Bell to stay, keeping McManus and drafting Mark Johnson kept the team's average age up.
