Josh Gibson Out Indefinitely
Gibson was one of the best for the Kangaroos against the Eagles but after a freak accident they won't be able to play him now, he could miss the rest of the season.

Gibson was playing well but the Kangaroos have several options to replace him. Hansen was good for Tasmania last round and he is a logical choice. Plenty of fantasy teams would have added Hansen to their bench at the start of the season and he might finally reward them. Riggio and Whyman are other players the Kangaroos might choose. Gibson was helping fantasy teams and they will need to trade him now. Other Kangaroos like Petrie, Jones or Smith could be signed to replace him. Other AFL defenders to look at include James Gwilt, Nick Maxwell and Stephen Gilham.
