Crows To Get Ruckmen Back Soon
Hudson and Griffin have been more than adequate for the Crows but they will have competition for their spots with Maric ready to play and Meesen only a few weeks away.
From The Advertiser: Griffin emerges from pack
AFL Fantasy Impact:
Griffin becomes a much better fantasy option when he is also played as a forward by the Crows. With a few extra marks, and sometimes a goal, his AFL fantasy points are occasionally as good or better than Hudson’s. Over the coming weeks it might be time to sell Griffin if Maric takes his ruck spot, unless they decide to play Griffin as a permanent forward. Injuries to other forwards there could help the Crows decide that Griffin needs to play close to goals. A lot of fantasy coaches have Hudson or Griffin on their team so they will have to watch what the Crows do with their ruck position. Maric probably isn’t worth signing for fantasy teams unless Hudson is out too, and although injuries could open up a spot for Meesen it is probably next year for him and AFL fantasy teams.
