Clayton Collard Is A Player To Watch
The Dockers are missing something this season, maybe it is the big target that Longmuir provides in the forward line and maybe it is a player at the feet of the talls who can dash in for the crumb and kick a goal.
Farmer won’t be available for a while, Browne is out, Medhurst wasn’t too good anyway but he is gone now, Clayton Collard could be the player that brings a needed element to the forward line for Fremantle.
From The Age: Collard called up for Dockers debut
AFL Fantasy Impact:
Collard is inexpensive for fantasy teams, he has also been playing very well in the WAFL, but more importantly he brings something different to the Dockers’ lineup. A fantasy steal is often someone who just fills a need for their AFL team, as long as they keep their spot in the team it will help the fantasy teams too. Melbourne needed a lot of help in their back line, Petterd and maybe Frawley should keep their place in the team. The Kangaroos, like Fremantle, are a bit slow and they need to play Thomas and Campbell. Collard should maintain his place in the Dockers team, at least until Peake and Schammer or Farmer return. But Collard also has the talent to win a spot in their best 22, so fantasy coaches will want to watch his progress.
