Bulldogs Could Get Lynched

He has been an exciting player in the VFL and Malcolm Lynch might get the chance to entertain the AFL crowd in Darwin this round. The Bulldogs need to make at least two changes, McMahon is expected to return and Lynch has also been named by the Bulldogs as a possibility.

From the Bulldogs site: Eade confident despite Dogs' midfield woes

Eade confirmed Jordan McMahon will come in for Griffen after spending a week in the VFL, but he was unsure whether he would go tall or small with Cross’ replacement and would make the decision to include either Andrejs Everitt or Malcolm Lynch on Saturday.

From The Age: Bulldogs look to debutant

AFL Fantasy Impact:

If Lynch, or A Everitt, can keep their spot in the team for the next month they could have a good price rise as they can both find the ball. But first they have to be named by the Bulldogs. As the Bulldogs did lose two midfield players, Lynch might be the better choice for them and also fantasy coaches. Lynch knows how to kick a goal and he covers plenty of the ground so his fantasy points could add up quickly.

Lynch is young and still very raw, but he grew up in Tiwi Islands and would probably have played at that Darwin ground before.
I'm involved with the Sydney AFL competition, and saw a bit of Lynch when he was playing under-18s at Riverview. He's got explosive pace, his skills could be a bit suspect but he's worth a shot.

Thank you for the helpful information. He provided some highlights in the VFL last week and was even better the week before. He certainly deserves a game and is a player for fans to watch for.

The Bulldogs are a fast team, and Lynch's "explosive pace" will make them even faster.
