Brown Will Run Loose Without The Goose
It’s just a coincidence that players who have returned from broken legs are now out with stress fracture-type problems. The Saints’ big defender Matt Maguire might be in better shape than Richmond’s Nathan Brown, Maguire’s problem is in his foot and not close to the original break like Brown has a problem with.
If the Saints wanted to ease Max Hudghton into the 2007 season then they were not planning on him playing against Jonathan Brown for his first game back. That might have to happen now, another option might be Blake.

Grant Birchall might be a player to trade for, McPharlin and X Clarke had big round 1 games too.
