High-flying forward Daniel Bradshaw will miss the NAB Cup but could be in the Brisbane team when the real stuff starts.

Last season, opposition teams were sending extra defenders to Jonathan Brown to try to contain him. If they use that tactic in 2008 Bradshaw will have an easy time. Missing a year should bring down Bradshaw’s price in fantasy leagues, so if he is playing at his best it will mean he really helps fantasy teams.

BRISBANE Lions forward Daniel Bradshaw has ruled out making a NAB Cup appearance, and will continue to aim for a return to the game early in the Telstra AFL Premiership season.
With "still a bit of jumping and landing work to go", the 29-year-old is refusing to put a definite date on his first appearance in over a year, but is excited nonetheless about his impending return.
