AFL Fantasy News: When It Doesn't Rain, Gehrig Pours It On
It was a battle of the full forwards, both Gehrig and Fevola had their outbursts of frustration and anger but they also found time to kick 6 goals each. The Saints were fitter in the 4th quarter and ran away with the win.
Saints 125 - Blues 82
St Kilda
Gehrig: Feast or famine, in rounds 1 and 6 he was great but did little in the other games. Kicked 6 goals here, also hit the post too.
Ball: No helmet, could have been useful as he received 4 free kicks. Is now back to being an elite fantasy player.
Gilbert: Don't forget old Gil, he surprised with a couple of goals.
Voss: Didn't repeat his return of last week, a solid 16 possessions but no goals this time.
Koschitzke: Spent time in the ruck, which helped his fantasy points.
Carlton
Whitnall: Could get brought back into fantasy teams now, he had 20 possessions, 8 marks and 3 goals.
Fevola: 6 goals, despite spending a little bit of time in the middle.
Young: 13 useful possessions, someone to sign for the fantasy bench if you are trying to free up some money.
Waite: At centre half back and brought in the fantasy points.
Blackwell: He didn't play a lot but he was in the action when he was out there and had a lot of the ball.
