AFL Fantasy News: Melbourne Win, Richmond Don't Lose

They finally have a win, and now that they have broken through they could get several more wins in the next month. The ferocity of Jones and McLean led the way. The Crows got close at the end, thanks to the play of Goodwin, Edwards and Bizzell, but Melbourne didn't let this one slip away.

Knights: 25 possessions, he might have doubled his starting fantasy price and it could go up some more.

It was close, in the third quarter, then the Eagles destroyed the Kangaroos. Dean Cox was the star, and many of the Eagles' smalls had huge amounts of possessions as Cox delivered the ball to them at stoppages.

Richmond should be happy, they have a couple of points now, which is better than being on the bottom with nothing after 10 games. The Lions also halted their mini-streak of losses too. Richmond staged a big comeback while the Lions defended with everything they had in the final minutes.

Every point counts, the Swans helped along the Bombers' score at the end of the third quarter as they rushed a behind from a Lucas attempt after the siren, the game was decided by a point. There were plenty of other decisions by all involved that affected the game too, towards the end of the game there should have been a throw-in but that was missed and Essendon kicked a goal as play continued.
