AFL Fantasy News: Hasleby and Pavlich Dominate, So Does Every Eagle
None of the big forwards for Geelong could kick a goal. It was a donut in the goals stat for Mooney, N Ablett and Hawkins. The highlight of the game had to be Simon Taylor, that is probably not going to be a phrase repeated very often. Big Taylor picked up the ball near the 50m line and decided to just kick it as hard as he could, it went through for an unexpected goal and the Hawks needed it as the final margin was 4 points. Both Taylor and Campbell also took strong marks in the back line that helped Hawthorn secure the win.
