The Kangaroos are playing well, they are just not able to win. The Power ran over the Kangaroos as they went small in their forward line and players like Rodan, Mahoney and Ebert could not be stopped. Ebert finished with 5 goals.

Ebert: Will still have a place with Tredrea playing, but may not be able to repeat a 5 goal, 8 mark game.
C Cornes: Not up to last year's numbers yet, had 14 kicks and was played in a better role compared to round 1.
K Cornes: Always one of the best fantasy players, 28 disposals.
S Burgoyne: Quiet in round 1, so must have been loud in round 2, 27 possessions and 2 goals.
P Burgoyne: Similar stats to his brother, so he had a good game after missing round 1.
Rodan: AFL fantasy bargain of the year, so far, another 18 possessions and 2 goals.
Surjan: A great pickup in fantasy leagues last season, Surjan was everywhere here for 25 disposals
Kangaroos
Jones: Recorded most of his stats in the 2nd quarter, finished with only 8 disposals but 4 goals.
Simpson: Plenty of kicks, most hit their target.
Petrie: Not as valuable this season as he can't be a ruckman in fantasy teams, had 20 disposals in this game.
Firrito: 19 possessions in the back line.
Harvey: Lots of goals and possessions resulted in a huge fantasy points total.
The Bombers keep winning, the Dockers keep losing. Tarrant had a big game but Lucas did a bit more down the other end.

Winderlich: 22 possessions and 8 marks, a bargain fantasy player.
Stanton: 20 kicks and a goal, is the Bombers' best in the middle.
Lucas: Hird is staying out of his area, and Johns and Gumbleton aren't playing, so Lucas has the space and the stats. Kicked 5 goals.
McPhee: McPhee could be a regular double-double player for kicks and marks, against Fremantle he had 16 kicks and 10 marks.
Watson: Had 19 possessions, but spent a third of the game on the bench, so there is room for increased stats.
Fremantle
Hasleby: 22 possessions and a goal, should have a big year as he combines well with Sandilands at stoppages.
Bell: 12 disposals in the 1st quarter, finished with 20 and also added a couple of goals.
Tarrant: 9 marks and 4 goals, it looks like he can help fantasy teams this year.
Walker: 11 kicks as he found a lot of space, not an expensive player in fantasy leagues.
M Carr: Missed round 1 with a suspension but had a big round 2 with 19 possessions.
The Crows made the Bulldogs look slow, as well as short. Bock again starred as a forward but this time he had help as Welsh and Perrie contributed. As the Bulldogs didn't have a tall forward line it also allowed Stevens to play as a forward, he also had a big game.

Bock: Should be a consistent fantasy forward this season, kicked 4 goals and also had 9 marks and was awarded a couple of free kicks.
McLeod: One of the Crows who beat the Bulldogs at their own game, finished with 35 possessions.
Hudson: Had 19 possessions, also kicked a couple of points so there is a chance for a few goals as well in 2007.
Knights: A bargain fantasy player who should be a regular for the Crows, had 22 kicks.
Stevens: Unstoppable early in the game, for fantasy points he had 13 marks and 3 goals.
Bassett: Their leader in the back line, had 17 kicks and 11 marks.
Western Bulldogs
Gilbee: His usual game of a lot of accurate kicks, one of the best fantasy defenders and had 26 disposals.
Higgins: Played better in the second half, finished with 3 goals and 6 marks.
Power: 21 disposals and is a cheaper player in fantasy games.
Wight: Tried hard as he was the only really tall defender there, all his possessions were considered effective.
