AFL Fantasy Mid-Season News: Crows
Biggest star: Andrew McLeod
Biggest early season bargain: Chris Knights
Biggest disappointment: Brett Burton
Due for a big second half: Nathan Bock
Cheap player to invest in now: Nick Gill
Someone to possibly sell: Jonathon Griffin
It isn't exactly midseason, as the teams have now played 12 of their 22 games, but over the next week there will be a quick look at the AFL clubs and who performed well for fantasy points so far and a couple of guesses for players who might turn things around in the second half of the season. There will also be a tip for a player who might have reached their maximum, in terms of fantasy price and stats, and it might be better to sell high and purchase a another player instead of keeping them.
It is only the fantasy points and prices that are used for the players listed in the different categories, a player's worth to their real AFL team can often be very different to their fantasy points results. Using the above example of Burton, he is still a great player for the Crows but for fantasy teams his points and price are currently close to half his production from last season.
