2008 AFL Player Fantasy Rating - Richmond

The best idea for fantasy teams could be to avoid anyone called Gardiner. Charlie probably doesn't play unless Riewoldt and Gehrig are both out. Michael Gardiner hasn't played in a long time, in the last couple of seasons he only has 1 goal in the AFL, so there are plenty of reasons to avoid the injury-prone M Gardiner when it comes to fantasy teams. The addition of King, who is a more traditional type of ruckman like M Clarke was for them, will also hurt Gardiner's chances of playing.
The last season that M Gardiner was a good player for stats was 2003. So it is safe to say that M Gardiner isn't entering season 2008 with a lot of momentum and solid play.
