2008 AFL Player Fantasy Rating - Adelaide

An early look at the fantasy value that players might have for season 2008.

A preliminary ranking, from best to worst, of how important the club's players will be to fantasy teams. Looking at previous stats, their expected role and playing time in 2008, considering the possibility of improvement or a decline in play and the position they played were some of the factors used to rate the players.

Things can change, but at this time Dangerfield isn't expected to play. It could also be said that half the Adelaide team would need to be injured for Kite to get enough time for fantasy teams to sign him.


Rhett Biglands is set to play alot of minutes in 08, he is well underated
He is getting older, and his injury would not have helped his mobility, so he won't be a great fantasy ruckman. But 20 hitouts and10 possessions per game, and maybe 15 or 20 goals for the season, would be solid fantasy numbers.
